Jody Englehart

Jody is one of our Family Law Paralegals who joined the Law Office of Jennifer Casey in 2015. She is a graduate of Kent State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, and she also holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Legal Studies.

She began her legal career as Legal Assistant to the Chief Trial Counsel for the City of Cleveland in Ohio. Over the course of her 15+ years in the legal profession, Jody has worked in several areas of law. However, her compassion, empathy, and ability to listen led her to focus her career on Family Law.

Jody is involved in every stage of a case, assisting the attorneys and guiding clients through the often-challenging waters of divorce, custody, and support matters. She takes pride in helping clients navigate difficult life transitions by providing support, clear communication, and an understanding of the legal process.

Born and raised in Northeastern Ohio, Jody is an avid sports fan who faithfully supports her Cleveland teams through both victory and defeat. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and shares her home with two beloved dogs, Reina, an Airedale Terrier, and Maggie, a Newfoundland.
