Biography

As a child of divorce, Demi has wanted to be a Family Law attorney since her childhood in the hopes of assisting families through a difficult time. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 2014 and earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Houston in 2017 and has exclusively practiced family law since being licensed.

Throughout law school, Demi was on the Dean's Honor List and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award by receiving the highest grade in her Family Law and Payment Systems classes.

Demi handles multiple areas of Family Law including divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, and enforcements. She has been appointed as an Amicus Attorney and works to help children feel safe and that their voice is heard throughout the entire process. As a mother, she understands the importance of ensuring kids are put first during a family law case. Demi is also a certified mediator and regularly mediates family law cases which are skills she uses throughout her entire practice.

Demi was born and raised in Conroe, Texas and is married to her husband, Shane, and they have one daughter. They are both actively involved in the Montgomery County Fair Association and enjoy being involved in other activities related to livestock and agriculture. Remaining in the same area throughout her life, Demi understands the importance of providing quality legal services to her clients and ensures they feel their needs and concerns are addressed.
